Delete your Lucky Prospector account

This page explains how to delete your Lucky Prospector account (an Android app by Daniele Bulgarelli) and the data linked to it, even if you no longer have the app.

In the app

Profile → Info and privacy → Delete account and data, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Email intervistaconleai@gmail.com from the address of your Google account, with the subject "Lucky Prospector account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. If you write from another address, we may ask you to show that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• the account (Firebase Authentication: identifier, email, name and photo of the Google profile);
• the pins you published on the shared map and their photos;
• the confirmations, reports and "not there any more" signals you gave to other pins: they are withdrawn and the public count drops by one.

What remains

• Two technical daily counters (number of submissions and time of the last one), with no content and no longer linkable to you: they only enforce the anti-spam limits.
• Feedback sent from the Profile screen is not linked to the account: it is kept for up to 24 months, or deleted on request if you help us identify it.
• Findings saved only on the phone never reach us: delete them in the app or uninstall it.
